Exercise and physical activity can help you maintain and even improve your health. That’s why we offer fitness benefits for most of our Medicare Advantage members.
Your plan may include one of these fitness benefits: Silver&Fit® or SilverSneakers®. Talk with your doctor before starting a new exercise program. Each fitness benefit offers two options:
- Cardiovascular and strength training equipment
- Facility amenities such as saunas, pools and whirlpools
- Exercise classes

- Exercise kits contain a DVD, instructions and any equipment you need.

If you get coverage from an employer or group health plan, review the information they provided to see what options are available to you. This benefit is not available to members with drug-only coverage (PDP plans) or plans that are not shown here.

Aetna Medicare is a PDP, HMO, PPO plan with a Medicare contract. Our SNPs also have contracts with State Medicaid programs. Enrollment in our plans depends on contract renewal.
